LUMC Arts Festival 2017 opens with a free concert by harpist Emily Levine and the Colorado Chamber Players at 7:30 p.m. April 28 in the sanctuary of Littleton United Methodist Church, 5894 S. Datura St., Littleton. Levine is a Colorado native and new principal harp of the Dallas Symphony.
