Englewood artist Amy Laugesen was selected to present her work at the Colorado Governor’s Art Show in Loveland.
Laugesen is one of 56 artists selected for the show, which is the only juried fine art show in Colorado to exclusively feature Colorado artists. The show runs from May 12 to June 17 at the Loveland Museum/Gallery, 503 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland. The show is open to the public during regular museum/gallery hours.
Laugesen earned her bachelor’s degree from the Boston School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University. Select exhibitors include Coors Western Art Exhibit & Sale; Colorado Governor’s Art Show; Slater Memorial Museum exhibition in Norwich, Connecticut; The Horse: Variations On A Theme exhibit in Parker; Denver International Airport; and Colorado State Capitol, Office of the Lieutenant Governor to name a few.
Laugesen is an affiliate member of the National Sculptors’ Guild in Loveland.
