Englewood police responded to a hit-and-run incident in which a male was hit by a vehicle Nov. 24, according to police.

Police responded to the 3500 block of South Downing Street, in northeastern Englewood, at about 9:20 p.m., said Investigator Scot Allen, police spokesman. An investigation led to the arrest of Jennifer Meyer, 36, of Denver, who was booked into the Arapahoe County jail on suspicion of leaving the scene of an injury accident, Allen said.

The male was taken to an area hospital, Allen said. Police did not indicate the male's condition.

Meyer's charges and bond amount were not available in the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office's online database Nov. 26.
