Englewood enjoys Fourth of July

Rain poured on Belleview Park in Englewood on the Fourth of July, but residents still turned out to barbecue food, listen to music and spend time with friends, family and neighbors. Some left the park to escape the rain while some children played in the rain water. Vendors were at the park to provide attendees with treats such as Kona Ice. Despite the rain, the firework displays still went on as the show was in view from the park, adjacent Cornerstone Park and surrounding neighborhoods.
