Hotline provides updates for Arbor Day event

Englewood’s April 18 Arbor Day plan was to have city employees and volunteers to set up at Centennial Park for a tree and seedling give-away but the forecast of heavy, wet snow could force postponement.

But with the dark clouds rolling in and light rain falling, Englewood now has a hotline at 303-762-2598 where a recorded message will inform residents if the event will go on as planned.
